About
I am Kazuto Oohira, a landscape photographer based in Japan. I am building a shop that sells my own prints to buyers in the United States, and this site is the record of the tools I take on to do that — the portfolio, the print-on-demand supplier, the mockups, the storefront, the email list, the scheduling and the analytics.
I write each comparison after I have set the tool up for my own shop, not before. Where a company pays me a commission, the article says so — see theaffiliate disclosure.
What I have adopted so far
Nothing published yet. The first write-up goes live once the first tool is in use.
The full seven-step plan is on the front page.
Why a photographer in Japan writes about this in English
Most guides to these tools are written for sellers already inside the US market. Selling into it from outside adds shipping, payment, time zone and language questions that the guides skip. Those are the questions I had, so those are the ones I answer.
